​TBC - event to be confirmed​

Cat A.

is a major event normally with full canvas and equipment at a prime event (such as Tilford) and probably outside the Bicester area. Information on camping/campervan parking etc. will be looked into by the event team. Members will in most cases be required to book in.

Cat B event 

  an event with probably the large gazebo and likely to be one day and local. Normally there will be no need to book in.

​Cat C.

is an event where we will probably just book in as a walk about group, or with a small gazebo, such as at Milton Keynes, with a handful of members.
